Shipping Policy
We ship all our products by UPS and USPS SmartPost.
All orders received by 3pm Eastern are processed on the same business day. All orders received after 3pm Eastern may be processed the next day. All orders received after 3pm Eastern time Friday and throughout the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
We do charge a shipping and handling fee that covers the cost of shipping your item, as well as processing fees. This shipping and handling fee will be waived on all orders over $100.00 (excluding taxes and fees).
There are no shipping/handling fees for purchases made in our store or at any event we attend.
You will have an option to pick up an online order in our store if you would like to order and have it ready when you pick it up. Please select that option upon checkout. There will be no shipping/handling fees associated with that option.

Returns Policy
All stock designs are returnable within 3 business days of receipt. Please call (419) 851-0063 and make arrangements for return shipment.
If there is a defect in the garment, we will gladly exchange the item for a replacement of the same or alternate design within 30 days of receipt. Please call (419) 851-0063 to arrange for the return.
If you simply change your mind, you will be allowed to return your merchandise within 3 business days of receipt. We will refund your money minus shipping costs, and you will be responsible for return shipping.
Improper washing of the garment will void any ability to return.
There will be no return/refund of any custom artwork designs. In the case of a defective garment, we will gladly exchange the garment for an equal one.
