Meet The Makers!We are Rob and Amy Carpenter, the makers behind FrogTown Tees. We started our business to enable us to get more time to ourselves to spend with family and friends. We were working 7 days a week, 365 days a year in our primary business and we were becoming exhausted, stressed out and frustrated as we did not have the control in our business that we desired. Something had to change!
As we both are creative minded and both love to wear imprinted t-shirts, like millions of others, we started a t-shirt company. We began with a small sublimation printer and marketed to family and friends. As we continued to become more disillusioned with our primary business, we invested heavily into FrogTown Tees. |
We now have a 15 needle embroidery machine, direct-to-film transfer printer (DTF), large sublimation printer, and a CO2 laser cutter/engraver. Our capabilities to customize items has grown tremendously in the last couple of years. In early 2021, we closed up our time consuming business and we forged full speed ahead in FrogTown Tees and couldn’t be happier with our decision!
We have the capability to not only customize apparel, but we can also make most promotional items for businesses. We create unique home décor items for personal use as well as customize and personalize items for that one of a kind gift for that hard to buy for person. We specialize in small run, full color designs that screen-print shops won't do.
We sell online here at our website as well as through Facebook. We maintain an Instagram account as well. We travel to various craft shows in and around Northwest Ohio as well. In the near future we will be starting a newsletter and a podcast for our subscribers. We are also planning to host live events for people to come to our shop and be the maker!
Amy and Rob are both proud veterans of the US Army having served during the 1990's. We both like to SCUBA dive, having been certified while stationed overseas. We also enjoy watching baseball, bowling, kayaking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
