How much do dtf transfers cost?
Great Question. DTF Transfers are priced at $0.05 per sq inch. That means a 3" x 3" design would be 9 sq inches totaling $0.45. We do have bulk discounts for large orders, call for pricing. We also have large gang sheet pricing. See our Transfer Page under the Professional Services section or give us a call for a custom quote.
Can you engrave or cut metal?
Sorry, but no. We do not have a Fiber laser which is what is required to engrave into metal. We can permanently mark metal with our CO2 laser.
do you sell Direct to film (DTF) Transfers?
Yes we do! You supply the design and we will print your transfer and send it to you. Minimum order quantity for DTF transfers is $15.
How do I know what time and temp to press the Transfers at?
We will send instructions along with your transfers with the the recommended settings.
do you sell sublimation transfers?

Can i bring my own items in to be decorated?
Short answer is yes. When working with our laser, unless we know what the item material is, we will probably not laser on it as several materials are dangerous to laser. For embroidery or transfer decorated items, there is always a chance of something going wrong during the decoration process. If you bring your own items to us, we suggest bringing spare items. You will only be charged for the finished item and any unused items will be returned. In the event that an item of yours is damaged during the decoration process, we can not replace the item. You will be able to choose an item of ours that is similar as a replacement.
do you offer a military discount?
Yes. As a veteran owned business, we fully support our brothers and sisters in uniform. We offer a 10% discount to veterans and active duty personnel from all branches of military service. To ensure the integrity of our discount program, we ask for proof of service via a picture of your ID card, or a copy of your DD-214 to be emailed.
do you offer any other discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% discount to Maumee Chamber of Commerce members (verified through the Chamber Directory). We also offer a 10% BNI Discount to verifiable current BNI members. Discounts do not stack, limit of 1 discount per transaction.
what is your standard turn around time?
We strive to provide top quality service in the shortest amount of time. However, we are not Amazon. Typically all orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from artwork approval and/or payment.
why do you require payment up front for custom orders?
Custom orders are only valuable to the person or organization placing the order. Once we have begun decoration of the items, the item is no longer useful to anyone else. As there is capital expenditure in purchasing the items for decoration, time in reviewing the artwork, and time in decorating the items; we require payment in full up front for all custom orders.
